· The PerfectTM Protein Ladder has ten bands corresponding to protein size: 7, 15, 20, 25, 35, 50, 70, 100, 140 and 240 kDa.
· The 25 kDa band and 70 kDa band are covalently coupled to an
orange dye. The remaining bands are covalently coupled to a blue dye.
· Comes in a ready-to-use format.
Loading:
The recommended amount of size marker to load on a mini-gel is 5 μl
per lane.
