Perfect Plus™ 50-500 bp DNA Ladder

Ready to use DNA ladder for sizing small DNA fragments.

Description:

• Ideal for sizing linear double-stranded DNA during agarose gel electrophoresis.
• Consists of 5 bands with sizes of 50, 100, 250, 400 and 500 bp.
• For easy reference, the DNA fragment at  250 bp is three times brighter than the other bands in the ladder.
• Supplied in ready-to-load buffers containing tracking dyes.
• No additional preparation before loading is required.

Storage Conditions: Store at -20°C.

Storage Buffer: 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0 at 22°C), 1 mM EDTA, dyes.

Loading: The recommended amount of size marker to load on a gel is 5 µl per lane. Mix well after thawing.
