Applause 3'-Amp System
The Applause™ Systems offer NuGEN's proven Ribo-SPIA® (Single Primer Isothermal Amplification) technology for a larger range of RNA sample sizes starting at 50 ng. Powerful and cost effective, the Applause products deliver a simple, fast and cost-effective solution to everyday microarray needs.
With the addition of the Applause 3'-Amp System (Part No. 5100) to the Applause line, NuGEN offers a comprehensive solution to prepare targets for use with Affymetrix GeneChip® arrays. These low-cost, single-tube, add-and-incubate assays can be completed in a single day. Fragmentation and labeling of the cDNA target to prepare for array hybridization is performed using the Encore™ Biotin Module with each of the Applause System products.
The Applause 3’-Amp System (Part No.: 5100-24) features a simple, fast, single-tube, add-and-incubate workflow. Requiring only a single purification step, targets are ready for hybridization in a single day.
