• Low Profile (0.1 mL / ~150–200 µL max volume): Shortens the dead air space above the reaction mix. This significantly reduces condensation buildup on the tube walls/lids and prevents changes in reaction concentration, especially during fast cycling.

• White Opaque Wells: Made with titanium dioxide–pigmented polypropylene. White wells reflect fluorescent signals back to the detector, maximizing signal-to-noise ratio, eliminating well-to-well crosstalk, and lowering background noise compared to clear plates.

• Semi-Skirted Construction: Features a partial perimeter rim (skirt) that provides structural rigidity. This prevents warpage during thermal cycling, supports robotic handling in automated liquid handlers, and leaves room for barcode labeling.

• Ultra-Thin, Uniform Walls: Ensures rapid and even thermal conductivity for consistent heating across all 96 wells.
