Applause WT-Amp ST and WT-Amp Plus ST Systems
The Applause™ Systems offer NuGEN's proven SPIA technology for total RNA sample sizes starting at 50 ng. Powerful and cost effective, Applause™ delivers a single-tube, single purification, add-and-incubate assay as a more practical solution to meet everyday microarray and qPCR amplification needs.
NuGEN's first products in the Applause™ line, the WT-Amp ST and WT-Amp Plus ST Systems, are designed for preparing targets for interrogation on the Affymetrix GeneChip® Gene ST and Exon ST arrays, respectively. This low cost assay requires no ribosomal RNA reduction step and can be completed in a single day. Used together with our Encore™ Biotin Module, the new line of Applause™ products are NuGEN's latest solutions for genomic sample preparation and provide the perfect workflow to produce targets appropriate for Gene ST and Exon ST array analysis.
The Applause™ RNA Amplification Systems provide optimized reagent mixes and a protocol to process 24 samples (Applause WT-Amp ST System cat.# 5500-24 ) and (Applause WT-Amp Plus ST System cat #5510-24). Please note the Applause WT-Amp ST System, cat #5500-24, requires a single Encore™ Biotin Module and the Applause WT-Amp Plus ST System, cat #5510-24, requires two Encore™ Biotin Modules.
The Applause WT-Amp ST /WT-Amp Plus ST Systems feature a simple, fast, single-tube, add-and-incubate workflow. Requiring no ribosomal RNA reduction and only a single purification step, targets are ready for hybridization in approximately 9 hours from RNA to array.
